The Oblack Education Foundation is a
non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Established in 2003, it honors the
late Alice Oblack, a Teacher and Student.

David Anton Larson
David is a graduate of Silverton High School and will attend the University of Washington in their honors department. He will study engineering and most likely major in Mechanical Engineering. David’s passion for science and technology inspired him establish a team of Silverton High students to participate in FIRST Tech Challenge Robotics program www.usfirst.org and during his senior year, his team won the Rockwell Collins Invitation Award in robotics. We offer our prayers and support for David as he works to develop technologies that will improve and perhaps revolutionize the world we live in.
To
be eligible for the Oblack Education Foundation Scholar-ship you
must be entering your first year of college and be a graduating
senior of Colton, Molalla or Silverton high schools in Oregon. Apply
